FoLong (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect the personal information of data subjects and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly. Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. The processed personal information will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use is changed, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent will be implemented in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. 1. Website Membership Registration and Management To confirm intent to sign up, identify and authenticate users for membership services, maintain and manage membership status, verify identity under limited verification system, prevent fraudulent use, verify parental consent for children under 14, provide notifications and announcements, and handle complaints. Article 2 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information) ① The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention and use period agreed upon when collecting the personal information or as stipulated by law. ② Each retention period is as follows: 1. Membership registration and management: until withdrawal from the business/organization website However, if: 1) Under investigation for legal violation: until investigation ends 2. Provision of goods or services: until delivery and payment/settlement are completed However, if: 1) Under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: - Records of advertising: 6 months - Records of contract, payment, delivery: 5 years - Records of complaints or disputes: 3 years 2) Under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act: - Call logs, start/end time, numbers, location: 1 year - Internet log and IP tracking: 3 months Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties) ① The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides it to third parties only when required by law or with the user's consent in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act. Article 4 (Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them) ① Data subjects may exercise the following rights: 1. Request to view personal information 2. Request correction of errors 3. Request deletion 4. Request suspension of processing ② Requests can be made via written request, email, phone, or fax, and the Company will act without delay. ③ During correction or deletion, the information will not be used or provided until completed. ④ Rights may also be exercised through legal representatives with a power of attorney. ⑤ Data subjects must not infringe the privacy of others or themselves through unlawful use.
